Principle of analyzer



The ZN-NOX inline NOX/O2 analyzer detection probe adopts a direct insertion measurement mode into the flue. The probe uses the sampling principle of a jet pump to insert a high-temperature guide rod into the flue. The flue gas enters the detection chamber through the guide rod and reaches the negative pressure zone of the jet pump, and then returns to the flue with the driving gas source of the jet pump. The detector adopts a limit current semiconductor ceramic sensor, which uses the principle of oxygen pump to detect the O2 content and NOX concentration in the flue gas. It has the advantages of easy and simple installation, no need for ultra long sampling pipelines, fast response speed, no need for sampling probe filters to reduce maintenance, and can measure both NOX and O2 components without the need for NO2 conversion furnaces. It is suitable for direct measurement of high-temperature flue gas without the need for cooling and dehydration devices. The system is simpler and more reliable, and detecting the return of exhaust gas to the flue is more environmentally friendly.

Single point measurement mode:


The ZN-NOX inline NOX/O2 analyzer can be used as a CEMS system upgrade product for SCR/SNCR denitrification devices. After on-site testing, the analyzer is installed at the same flue measurement point as the CEMS system sampling probe, and the measurement data of the analyzer is 60-180 seconds ahead of the CEMS instrument data. It can be used as a feedforward control signal for the SCR denitrification ammonia injection valve to improve the accuracy of ammonia injection control.

Multi point measurement mode:

The ZN-NOX inline NOX/O2 analyzer can also achieve grid based distributed mode measurement. When multi-point grid measurement is required for large section flue gas, up to 10 probes can be networked and monitored simultaneously. The 10 probes are installed at the distribution monitoring points of the flue gas section, and the display transmitters are concentrated in one analysis cabinet. The standard bus control mode is used between the probes and the display transmitters, which greatly simplifies the on-site wiring work by transmitting signals between all probes and transmitters through a pair of wires. This distribution working mode can achieve grid monitoring of NOX/O2 concentration field in the inlet and outlet flue of SCR device.
